10-15 years of experience of handling Talent Acquisition role in a corporate HR.
Candidate should have good people management skills as the role includes team management.

Collaborate with business leaders/ CEOs in solving for talent equation by establishing game-changing, scalable and innovate recruitment models responsive to future talent trends and defining leadership capabilities to be onboarded backed by impeccable business acumen/sectoral knowledge to deliver on strategic priorities.
Harness global networks to attract top global talent across geographies and businesses.
Support hyper-growth businesses through an integrated and robust sourcing strategy leveraging innovative channels as well as world best technology platforms.
Spearhead the agenda for on-boarding the top cream, best-of-the best leadership talent through expertise in implementing assessment methodologies to evaluate and appreciate a leaders' capabilities, potential and culture fitment.
Partner with the talent management team to successfully onboard leaders and take charge of their cultural assimilation and integration into a fast growing and diversified Indian conglomerate.
