Objectives of the Position
Assume responsibility for India A-PMA supply chain management.
Steer SCM end to end process : Plan, Sourcing, Make, Delivery
Steer Local S&OP process.
SC Cost saving initiative
Steer digitalization and Excellence program
HR Management of India PM SCM teams
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
Demand and Supply Planning Management
Collect, aggregate and prioritise finished goods demand requirements.
Optimize production/Merchandize planning on monthly basis at regional level in accordance with predefined planning calendar.
Align demand with production capacities and inventory levels
Manage constraint planning due to capacity or raw materials constraint
S& OP process
Steer local S&OP process
Monitor and balance the following areas according to defined KPIs: Sales forecast, inventory objectives, customer service, planning quality of gross requirement, schedule adherence
Inventory management
Initiate and lead stock optimisation actions that includes redeployment, sell-off and write-off
Implement and monitor distribution network program
Control processing of material movement, ensure quality and cost effective way
Provided required input for inventory analysis and target setting
Aged stock - Manage inventory KPI, review the inventory status on regular basis
Decide on deployment, sell off or write off if any
Return material process
Order to Cash Management
Support optimization of order management process and support execution
Project management
Manage SCM Excellence projects
Digitalization
Manage digitalization projects and tasks
Sustainability
Drive sustainability to control CO2 emission
Cost Saving Program
Initiate cost saving items in SCM and implement
HR Management
Staffing, performance appraisals, development plan and coaching
Others

Job Requirements
University or above majored in SCM & Logistics
At least 15 years of experience in SCM /Logistics
Proficiency in ERP(SAP)
Digital skill
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Deep knowledge of international trading
