Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while avoiding overstocking. Prepare and share inventory reports, ensuring stock numbers and expiry dates are up-to-date. Warehouse Operations: Oversee storage, handling, and process management (GRN, pick-pack-ship, inward-outward). Optimize layouts, implement safety measures, and maintain efficient workflows. Transportation and Logistics: Coordinate the movement of goods, negotiate with carriers, and manage transportation schedules. Prepare daily logistics and shipment reports, including weight, rates, and delivery status. Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing by collaborating with sales and operations teams. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient delivery systems. Supply Chain Planning: Develop demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory plans. Implement strategies to optimize supply chain performance. Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Obtain reporting manager approval for process changes and maintain compliance SOPs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze metrics like inventory turnover and transportation efficiency. Generate daily, weekly, and TAT (Turnaround Time) reports for management. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Propose changes for approval and implement them after thorough impact analysis. Partner and Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and identify new logistics partners. Conduct market research to acquire new business accounts. SOP Creation and Process Management: Develop and update SOPs for inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, and compliance. Ensure all processes are clearly documented, approved by the reporting manager, and communicated effectively.
