Our client is a leading MNC in the Food and Beverages industry. They are looking to hire a Head of Supply Chain based out of Mumbai who will be managing the entire Supply Chain operations.
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the key roles and responsibilities include
- Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy
- Determining key supply chain KPIs
- Managing the overall S&OP Process
- Managing the overall logistics function (domestic & international)
- Managing the customer service function
- Collaborating with the sales & sourcing and trading team
- Maintaining liaison with customs and other relevant statutory authorities
An ideal candidate is someone with 14+ years of total experience. They should be very tactically sound. They should have hands-on experience in dispatch and logistics, EXIM (focusing on export), planning, and depot management operations. Candidates should have knowledge of managing warehouse operations. They should possess clear concise communication and presentation skills and should be able to manage multiple stakeholders.
