We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused professional to lead the
Placement and Non-Technical Training
division. The role involves overseeing student soft skills development, coordinating placement drives, building strong industry connections, and ensuring trainees are well-prepared for employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver
non-technical (soft skill, communication, interview, and personality development)
training programs for students.
Plan and execute
placement strategies
to achieve monthly and annual placement targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR partners for internships and placements.
Guide and mentor students on career readiness, professional behaviour, and employability enhancement.
Conduct
mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building workshops.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure training alignment with industry needs.
Monitor and report placement progress, feedback, and outcomes.
Maintain placement records and ensure continuous improvement in student performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's Degree in Psychology, or related field
(MA Psychology preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in training, counselling, or placement coordination.
Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills.
Experience in corporate training or student placement preferred.
Excellent organizational and networking abilities.
