We are looking for Retail and Franchise Head for Premium Lifestyle company in Consumer space.

KRA:

- Expertise at franchise management roles in managing retail operations. Comprehensive understanding of working with franchise stores.

- Profile specialties includes strategic planning, brand development, business with P&L responsibilities, team training an development, cross functional management, franchisee relations, merchandise planning, strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for identifying, creating, monitoring, and tracking new franchise opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of exceeding aggressive franchise sales goals while maintaining franchise sales and operations balance

1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive franchise business plan,

2. Overseeing day-to-day operations and developing new and existing franchisees.

3. Develop and execute a franchise business strategy to expand franchise business and prospects, drive growth, and increase customer satisfaction.

4. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver business intellect and estimate performance to improve consumer experiences.

5. Develop and monitor franchise administration SOPs, procedures, mechanisms, and manuals to manage compliance with franchise agreements.

6. Work with other teams in formulating policies and procedures related to franchise operations and navigate decisions within the boundaries of the franchise program.

7. Record events of non-compliance and execute compliance protocols for every franchisee.

8. Providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, including, oversight with site selection, store design and layout, training and development programs, and marketing strategies

KPIs:

1) Profit and loss measures / per store

2) Relative market share / per location

3) Degree and success of strategy implementation

Experience: 8 -10 + years\' experience in franchise business management. Extensive franchise sales experience.
