Role Objective

This role exists for the HR Head who is expected to

build scalable HR frameworks

, manage daily operations of the Head Office, and ensure people, processes, and culture operate with clarity and control.

Core Expectations

Real estate HR experience is non-negotiable

Building systems, SOPs, and scalable HR processes is mandatory

Culture, discipline, and professionalism must be enforced consistently

Ownership of daily HR and HO operations is required

Clear, firm communication is expected--confident, not arrogant

Key Accountabilities

Own the HR function end-to-end and put systems in place so the company scales smoothly

Build and maintain a strong team through good hiring, timely correction, and clear exits

Run day-to-day HR and Head Office operations in an organised, dependable manner

Set and uphold clear standards for performance, behaviour, and compliance

Use HR tools practically to improve productivity and employee experience

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 8 years HR experience strictly within real estate / construction

Strong proficiency with

HR tools, systems, and software

Education is secondary to experience;

Master's degree is an added advantage

Ability to

speak their mind clearly and professionally

, without sounding confrontational High ownership, decisiveness, and execution focus

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
