will be responsible for leading, developing, and driving the Specialty Diagnostics business across the
Chennai region
. The role focuses on achieving business growth targets, managing key accounts, developing strategic hospital and consultant relationships, and ensuring high service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Strategy
Drive the overall Specialty Diagnostics business performance across Chennai.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, specialty clinics, and corporate clients.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the diagnostics sector.
2. Sales & Marketing Management
Lead the Specialty Business sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop segment-wise sales strategies (e.g., Cardiac, Oncology, Endocrinology, etc.) to increase test volumes.
Implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and recall among clinicians and hospitals.
Track performance metrics and ensure consistent reporting to management.
3. Key Account & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key consultants, hospital administrators, and referral partners.
Ensure superior customer service and timely resolution of client queries.
Conduct periodic business reviews with major accounts to ensure satisfaction and continued growth.
4. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Specialty Business team to achieve high performance.
Provide training, guidance, and development support to team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
5. Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with laboratory operations, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate test processing.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and HR departments to support business activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and quality standards.
