Job Description

Greet guests professionally and ensure a warm and welcoming dining experience. Take accurate guest food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the KOT system. Coordinate with the kitchen team and pick up food promptly to maintain service speed and food quality. Ensure tables are properly set up before service, including cutlery, napkins, glasses, condiments, and cleanliness standards. Serve food and beverages efficiently with proper service etiquette and presentation standards. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback during and after service. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to encourage repeat visits and build strong guest relationships. Work with the team to maintain high standards and ensure positive online reviews and customer loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
