Role Overview

Technovalley ATS is setting up a

Global-Standard Security Operations Center (SOC)

designed to deliver

24x7 cyber defense services

to international enterprises, government bodies, and institutional clients.

The

Head - Security Operations & Cyber Defense

is a

senior leadership role

responsible for the

strategy, establishment, and global operation

of this SOC facility. The role also governs

Security Audits, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), and Incident Response services

, positioning Technovalley ATS as a trusted

global cyber defense partner

.

This role is critical to Technovalley's vision of delivering

world-class, standards-driven cybersecurity services

, not limited by geography.

Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal SOC Leadership

Establish and lead a

24x7 Global SOC

aligned with international frameworks and best practices. Define SOC strategy, architecture, processes, SLAs, and escalation models for global customers. Ensure operational excellence, resilience, and continuous service improvement.

Cyber Defense & Incident Response

Own end-to-end incident detection, analysis, response, and recovery. Lead threat intelligence, threat hunting, and advanced cyber defense initiatives. Act as the final escalation authority during major cyber incidents.

Security Audit & VAPT Governance

Oversee and govern

Security Audits, VAPT, Red Teaming, and Compliance Assessments

. Ensure global quality standards in reporting, risk assessment, and remediation guidance. Support customers in strengthening long-term security posture.

Technology & Capability Building

Own SOC technology stack including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms. Drive automation, AI-assisted security operations, and detection engineering. Build and mentor high-performing SOC, IR, and VAPT teams.

Customer & Business Enablement

Serve as the

senior cyber defense authority

for Technovalley ATS customers. Support global pre-sales, RFPs, solution design, and customer onboarding. Represent Technovalley ATS in executive security briefings, audits, and reviews.
