Head Security Officer - 1 Vacancy

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage security guards on duty

Ensure proper implementation of security procedures

Coordinate shift schedules and duty rosters

Handle security incidents and prepare reports

Liaise with management regarding safety and security matters

Conduct regular inspections of the premises

Eligibility & Requirements:

Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th Standard Pass

Age: 30 - 55 years

Must be physically fit and disciplined

Prior experience as Security Supervisor / Officer preferred

Ex-servicemen will be given priority

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts

Reading and writing skills in English and Tamil

Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month per shift

Duty Hours: 12 hours per shift

Monitor and control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles

Maintain security of residential / commercial construction premises

Conduct regular patrols and ensure safety at all times

Report any suspicious activities or incidents immediately

Maintain basic security records and logs

Assist staff, and visitors when required

Eligibility & Requirements:

Age: 30 - 55 years
