Job Description

Experience - 14 - 20 Years, minimum 5 years on leadership roll

Preference - 03 Years of experience from EPC Industry

Education - CS & LLB is mandatory

Roll and Responsibility :-

Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to executive leadership on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and other legal matters affecting the company.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including but not limited to, commercial contracts, vendor agreements, employment contracts, and intellectual property agreements, MOU etc.Manage and oversee all litigation matters, including disputes, claims, and legal proceedings involving the company.Ensure compliance with companies at, SEBI regulations, FEMA and other statutory requirements.Coordinate with external counsels and represent the organization in courts, tribunals, and arbitrations. Strategize with management on settlement or litigation approaches to minimize company liability.Serve as the Corporate Secretary for the company, responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements and facilitating Board of Directors meetings.Maintain corporate records and documentation, including corporate governance documents, board resolutions, and regulatory filings.Provide legal advice to management on new projects, operational matters, employee relations, and governance.Draft and implement internal legal policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Liaise with government departments MCA , SEBI, RBI, Stock exchange etc and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary licenses, approvals, and clearances (e.g., environmental, labour, industrial).Ensure timely filing of legal documents, statutory returns, and compliance certificates.hashtag

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
