Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for heading business operations for General Trade and Modern Trade.
- Expand Distribution Network, for both General Trade & Modern Trade
- Tie-ups with E-Commerce channels, Food Service providers & Speciality stores
- Sales forecasting, Sales Planning & Reporting
- Key Account Management
- Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Analysing Sales Team Performance and achieving Revenue growth
- Planning and entering new markets/geographies
- Planning and effectively managing Channels and channel partners
- New Brand Launch
- Managing teams spread across various states and team development
Requirements:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 20 years of experience in General Trade/Distribution and Modern Trade
- Experience in monitoring sales growth
- Strong business orientation and acumen
- High interpersonal, communication and execution skills
