Job Description

- Work Mode: Onsite | Working Days: 6/week- Experience: 15 - 20 years (Minimum 10-12 years in Enterprise Sales)Educational Qualifications:- Graduation (Mandatory)- MBA/Master's Degree (Preferred)Role PurposeLead and manage PAN India Enterprise Sales operations with a strong focus on Retention, Collections, and Team Leadership. Responsible for driving business growth across cities by managing a team of 15-20 sales professionals and maintaining client satisfaction through structured post-sales support.Key Responsibilities- Manage Enterprise Sales, Retention, and Collections for PAN India operations.- Lead a team of 15-20 members across multiple cities.- Develop and execute sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and meet assigned targets.- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and ensure smooth installation and after-sales service.- Handle channel partner onboarding and manage customer database analytics.- Work closely with local societies/buildings to facilitate installations.- Mentor and onboard new team members, driving performance and capability building.- Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer issues.Must-Have Criteria (Applications that do not meet the below will not be considered):- Currently working in the Telecom/Broadband/ISP industry.- Minimum 10-12 years in Enterprise Sales, with at least 5-7 years of team handling experience.- Proven track record in managing large teams across multiple locations.- Hands-on experience with Retention & Collections in telecom/broadband domain.- Currently working at a Managerial level or above.Preferred Skills & Competencies:Functional Competencies:- Deep understanding of Internet products, leased lines, and bandwidth solutions.- Knowledge of competitor landscape and ability to create compelling customer proposals.- Ability to analyze potential markets quickly and drive customer acquisition.- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.- Basic technical acumen in ISP products and system compatibility.Behavioral Competencies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Leadership & people management- High on initiative, responsibility, and ownership- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Assertive, confident, and customer-centric (ref:updazz.com)
