. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and bridge communication between directors and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead sales strategies and business development initiatives. Manage daily operations across Sales, HR, Finance, and Recruitment. Align departmental goals with company objectives. Build client relationships and explore new market opportunities. Track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

Minimum 12 - 25 years

in sales leadership and operations. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?2,500,000.00 - ?3,300,000.00 per year
