Looking for a seasoned Sales Operations Head with proven experience in BPO/EdTech. The role involves managing large sales teams, streamlining operations, driving revenue, and ensuring process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead & manage sales teams of 50-100 members Implement sales strategies, KPIs & performance reviews Drive CRM optimization, lead management & reporting Collaborate with HR/Training/Marketing for smooth operations Manage escalations & improve customer satisfaction Provide insights & reports to leadership

Eligibility:



Graduate/MBA with 5+ yrs in Sales Ops (BPO/EdTech only) Strong leadership & people management skills Expertise in CRM, analytics & process improvement Excellent communication & decision-making abilities
