Role Overview
The Head of Sales will lead the company's overall sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence. This role requires a strategic leader who can build high-performing teams, expand partnerships, and position DigiSecuritas as a preferred security solutions partner across industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the annual sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
Set revenue targets, sales forecasts, and performance KPIs.
Identify new market opportunities and drive penetration across sectors.
Client & Partner Management
Build strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and enterprise accounts.
Lead strategic negotiations and close high-value deals.
Strengthen ties with system integrators, OEMs, and technology partners.
Business Development
Drive lead generation initiatives and expand customer footprints.
Collaborate with marketing for demand generation, brand visibility, and product positioning.
Introduce new sales models, pricing strategies, and cross-selling opportunities.
Operational & Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Work closely with product, operations, and technical teams to ensure solution fit and customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate CRM data, pipeline reporting, and sales process compliance.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to influence product direction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
04-06 years of sales experience.
Proven record of achieving aggressive sales targets and building scalable teams.
Experience in security solutions, SaaS, surveillance systems, or technology sectors preferred.
