The company works in the domain of Automotive Spare Part and collaborates with more than 2000+ OEM Authorised workshops to enable them to buy and sell parts from each other. A team based at HO enables these transactions by providing support on the company's proprietary tech platform.
Following is expected from the incumbent
a. Create operating plan for sales, customer satisfaction and other deliverables
b. Lead & support the team to drive transactions in line with operating plan of the company
c. Coordinate with the customers, wherever required to provide support to them
d. Interact with OEMs to understand their specific needs and provide solutions to them
e. Drive new initiatives of the company to drive growth of the organisation
The incumbent must have good understanding of the sales operations, should have led a large team and must posses very good communication skills
