Role Description



We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Head Sales to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and delivering results. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the aluminium doors and windows market. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including builders, architects, contractors, and industrial clients. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals

Education



MBA in Sales & Marketing/ Graduate / B.Tech

Age



40-50

Experience



At least 20+ years experience and 10 years in top managerial level and capacity to handle minimum 100 crore turnover annually. Candidates from Building Material Industry will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
