Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Magnolia Infrastructure Development Ltd. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing account management, driving sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met consistently.Manage Channel Partners (Creating a funnel between the channel partner and the sales team)
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Sales Management expertise
Experience in Account Management and Team Management
Strong Sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership abilities and strategic thinking
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in real estate sales is a must.
