Job Description

Responsibilities : - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs- Present sales, revenue and related reports and realistic forecasts to the management team- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status- Managing organizational sales by evaluating business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.- Setting individual sales targets for the sales team.- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary and same to be recorded properly.- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team regularly.- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation to maximize revenues.- Appropriate trainings to be done to improve performance of sales team .- Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.- Take appropriate marketing actions to promote the organization and products to make awareness in the market.- Understand customers' needs while establishing healthy relationships with all stakeholders.- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.Qualifications :- 3-5 years of minimum experience in the Airlines Sales Industry is a Must.- Knowledge on GDS.- Good command of English, Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.- Must be able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.- Must be able to lead and motivate the sales team.- If you are interested send your CV mentioning " Head of Sales & Marketing - Airlines" as the subject of the email.- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.- Pay and benefits of the above position will be competitive and the rewards are performance driven.- Immediate joiner only- No fees no hidden charges/ kindly share the post to others incentiveJob Type : Full-timeRequirements :- Graduation- Excellent command over English and Sinhala/Sinhalese Or Sri Lankan Speaking- Freshers are also welcomeJob Type : Full-time- No hidden fees or charges (ref:updazz.com)
