Job Description

:1. Role PurposeThis role will lead the complete sales engine and formulate strategies for market penetration and growth. The primary objective is driving revenue (topline and bottom- line), showcasing leadership and strategic acumen in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.2. Key Role ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth and Strategy:- Develop, communicate and drive sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue growth and EBITDA targets- Set sales targets by predicting and formulating annual sales quotas based on regions and technologies, forecasting anticipated sales volume, and projecting profits for both existing and new services- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and provide insights and take actions to drive product growth across diverse locations/geographies- Develop and execute pricing strategies to attain target revenue within defined margins- Ensure efficient management of account receivables in alignment with business mandates- Forecast and track key account metrics for depth and coverage of the account- Take ownership of end-to-end Purchase Order (PO)- Conduct competitive analysis and adapt strategies to stay ahead in the market- Utilize market data to analyse and leverage opportunities for strategic advantagePeople Leadership:- Spearhead the identification, development, and nurturing of leadership talent in conjunction with Learning & Development (L&D) and Human Resources (HR)- Inspire, coach and mentor to build a high-performance team- Foster a collaborative organizational ecosystem, facilitating seamless collaboration across teamsRelationship Management:- Ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality experiences to B2B clientele, cultivating enduring relationships- Drive continuous value enhancement for customers to stay valuable- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ensure implementation of goals that support business growth- Cultivate and manage relationships with customers, CXO's, distributors, OEMs, and vendor partners to establish a mutually advantageous environment- Collaborate, strategize, plan and execute seamlessly with the Product Head- Facilitate collaboration between product and sales teams- Collaborate and building marketing plan for the business with the marketing team (ref:updazz.com)
