Key Responsibilities - Define and execute sales and business development strategy for NxTk's AI product suite. - Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline; drive deal closures across large construction and infrastructure companies. - Scale SaaS revenues by driving adoption of ContractMate and Bid Evaluation Assistant. - Establish and lead a high-performing sales team, with a focus on coaching, performance, and growth.
