The ideal candidate must have a solid track record of driving large-scale IT solution sales and building long-term strategic relationships within the public sector.Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow the Government and PSU vertical to achieve revenue and profitability goals.- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across ministries, departments, and public sector enterprises.- Drive large deal closures in IT services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation projects.- Oversee bid management, RFP responses, and end-to-end sales processes specific to government procurement.- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to ensure high client satisfaction and project success.- Mentor and lead a dynamic sales team to expand the company's footprint in the public sector.Required Experience- 20+ years of experience in IT sales, with mandatory exposure to Government and PSU clients.- Proven ability to secure and manage multi-crore IT contracts.- Deep understanding of government tendering, e-procurement, and compliance processes.- Strong industry network and ability to engage at CXO/decision-maker levels.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
