JD: Head, Sales Force Excellence
Purpose of the role: To design, implement and monitor sales force strategies in the organization. Along with this the incumbent acts as a business advisor/consultant to the sales leadership team enabling them with data insights and strategies to drive sales force performance. This is key to driving the sales numbers and realizing the business goals.

This is key to driving the sales numbers and realizing the business goals.

  • Develop and implement Field Force strategies and processes like incentive compensation plans, target setting & allocation, customer segmentation and targeting
  • Design and drive Go to Market model reflecting BUs priorities to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Design and setup KPIs to measure quality of Field force operations; drive processes to improve outcomes
  • Proactively and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency of FF operations, develop actionable tools, implement in cooperation with BU Heads.
  • Understand stakeholder requirements and proactively respond to any expectations
  • Build trust and respect to enhance quality of relationship and service with stakeholder
  • Lead the generation of relevant and accurate data/reports for efficient Leadership decision making process
  • Allocate tasks and solve problems that may arise
  • Create an environment of learning and support team members to realize their individual goals
  • Build a culture of open communication, engagement and create an energized workplace
  • Lead and drive the involvement from SFE team to create impact, and improve efficiency of strategic initiatives towards organization transformation
Benefits
Experience (Preferred)
  • Between 5-8 years in Consulting
  • Preferably, 3+ years of SFE/ Sales Analytics experience/ Healthcare Consulting
Qualification (Preferred)
  • Post-graduate in Pharmaceutical Management or/and Marketing Management (Tier-1 B-Schools
  • Preferably, Certification in Statistics / Analytics / Data Modelling
