Conduct regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer feedback collection.
Collaborate with the design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely project execution.
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and client meetings.
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
with strong technical and commercial acumen.
Minimum
8-10 years of proven experience
in marketing and selling industrial/static equipment.
Deep understanding of
Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Pumps, Chillers, and Fabrication Equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across Southern India and other regions when required.
Educational Qualification:
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
