Identify new business opportunities in domestic.
Lead and manage the sales team.
Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, real estate developers, and high-end clients
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategy
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for seamless client servicing
Generate and analyze reports for management on sales performance and forecasting
Represent the company in trade fairs and client presentations
