Primary To lead the company's sales and marketing functions, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, build strong distribution networks, and strengthen the brand for electrical products across target markets.
Key Responsibilities o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals. o Plan and execute product marketing campaigns (launches, promotions, catalogues, datasheets). o Lead digital marketing initiatives: social media, Google ads, website, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing. o Generate and track marketing leads and support the sales & business development teams. o Manage branding activities including brochures, product catalogues, case studies, and corporate presentations. o Coordinate with design agencies, printers, and digital vendors. o Plan and manage exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and product demos. o Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing intelligence. o Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and performance metrics. o Build and manage a small internal marketing team (CRE, digital executive, designers).
Skills & Qualification Requirements o MBA in Marketing / Business Management (preferred). o 7-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in electrical / industrial / building materials products. o Strong understanding of B2B & B2C product marketing. o Experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation. o Ability to translate technical electrical products into market-friendly messaging. o Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills. o Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards.
