SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role holder will be handling high rise project. The role holder will be responsible for developing, planning, coordinating and directing environmental and health/safety activities to ensure employee engagement, regulatory compliance and implement the EHS management system to protect human health and the environment.SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Providing HSE and Induction training to New Joinees & Contractors/Labors
Maintaining Records & Checklists of Machinery and operators
Maintain records in accordance to appropriate standards and regulations.
Manage the storage, recycle, reuse & disposal of residual, universal and hazardous wastes at site.
Maintaining First Aid Register and develop & implement programs that comply with state and local safety & environmental regulations
Implementing Permit system for Height works, Hot works and other required activities etc
Indent, Issue and Maintain the Record of PPEs
Impart Trainings to the working crews at regular intervals
Conduct and Monitor and Record Tool Box Meetings
Maintaining Near Miss Report, Accident Report, Incident Investigation Report
Monthly HSE performance report
Deal with the regulatory bodies relevant to Health, Safety and Environment during their inspection and visits
To ensure the working of AQI and Smog Gun as well as maintain the records related to AQI and Smog Guns
SECTION V: KEY RESULT AREAS

Zero Lost Time Accidents
- To ensure major incident are prevented at working area by suggesting relevant control measures.
- To ensure all minor incidents and near misses are investigated and preventive measures has been taken to prevent recurrence of such accident
- To ensure risk assessment has been prepared by respective contractors and all control measures has been taken to minimize the risk of activity.
- Ensure all control measures are in place and work is going on at the site without compromising the safety related requirements 40%
EHS Inspections, Patrols & Audits
- To carry out minimum 8 Inspections in a month
- To carry out minimum 2 EHS Patrol in a month with respective project management team
- To carry out minimum 1 EHS Audit in a quarter
- To raise the NCRs against non-conformances
- To ensure regular audits at the projects through the Third Party
- To ensure the audits and compliances of on going projects as well as completed projects at regular intervals
- To impose penalty against repeated violations
- To report all unsafe observations to the respective vendors through the safety app as well as with other means of communication 30%
EHS Culture
- To impart and arrange trainings for the working crews to develop positive safety culture across the project.
- To impart EHS Induction to all new joinee (Raymond Employee) and small scaled vendors, working at project site.
- To arrange EHS awareness programs to develop positive EHS culture
- To develop the culture that will help for smooth and safe work 30%

Education Qualification BE Civil / Mechanical , Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from Technical Board
Technical & Professional Knowledge required(What someone NEEDS TO KNOW) Should have OSHA/Lead Auditor certified,
Should be well versed with MS Office
Experience required(What someone NEEDS TO HAVE DONE) Must have 14-18 years expeirence.
Must have real estate / construction industries experience
Must have handled high rise project ( minimum. G +30 flroors)
