Responsible for reaching the sales target
Managing Store KPIs across the region
Business Development in the region
Reports to: Senior Director-Retail Key Performance Indicator:
Sales
Financial account management
Stores KPIS (UPT, ATV and Conversion)
No. of new stores opened against target (Business Development)
Managing the Relationship with partners
Organizational relationships:
Internal: Merchandising, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, People and Organisation and Legal
External: Franchise partners, Mall Management etc.
YOUR TALENT Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required
At least 14+ years experience in sales and/or management.
Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Commercial awareness
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
Target oriented
