We are seeking for an Experienced individual in Performance Marketing, who will handle a team to analyze the performance metrics of sales for the region assigned to him, implementing his Expertise & technical knowledge in it. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in acquire new business opportunities within the region through networking, market research, and strategic outreach. This role demands a Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and metrics (CPA, CPL, CPD, CPS, ROAS, etc.)

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve performance marketing sales targets and grow the customer base within the designated region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective performance management, coaching, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the region through networking, market research, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their performance marketing needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media buying, creative, and analytics, to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members and clients to monitor progress, review results, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close high-value business deals, securing favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing to offer innovative solutions to clients and gain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor regional market dynamics, including competitor activities, to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regional sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and metrics (CPA, CPL, CPD, CPS, ROAS, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and market trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets at a regional level
