Jumbo restaurants Private Limited was established in 2015 and operates to raise fortunes. Cafeteria and company and where are you fuel. Over the years, it has expanded its restaurant network across Delhi NCR and Chandigarh. The company has ambitions to open multiple outlets in north India by the end of 2024. We are looking for a seasoned professionals with wide depth of research & development and technical service experience in the food and beverage industry or business related experience in food service.

• Incumbent will be expected to develop procedures, evaluate ingredients, refine recipes, optimize operations, improve profitability and ensure food safety and quality assurance.
• Creating the product prototype and refining the taste profile based on experimentation.
• Formulate new food production standards and standard operation procedure.
• Will be responsible for defining, establishing and aligning research and development programmes and resources across the outlets to implement new products and technologies.
• Will be a thought leader that tracks both customer trends and technical innovations to push forward new ways of bringing products to market via process optimisation, new ingredients or equipment technologies or creative extensions of current portfolio.
• Should be comfortable with exposure to physically demanding work conditions.
• Must be aware of and respect the scientific yellow lines that impact the development effort.
• New dish must be executable and scalable by the available skill.
• Should have a strong background in product or package development and a proven track record of leading successful research and development team.
• Should possess a strong understanding of ingredient functionality and the interrelationship of ingredients, processing and packaging.
• Should have strong commercialisation skills with the ability to prioritise, simplify, problem-solving and execute with excellence.

Graduate in food technology, hospitality with 8 to 10 years of work experience in the hospitality sector. Moderate to advance computer skills. Good knowledge of food regulations with specific emphasis on nutritional labelling, natural food ingredients, and good manufacturing practices.
