Develop, implement, and maintain
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
in compliance with
AS9100 / IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
standards.
Ensure all products meet
customer specifications, drawings, and industry regulations

Manage internal and external audits, including
customer audits, AS audits, and supplier audits
.
Review and approve all
quality plans, inspection reports, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans
.
Process & System Improvement
Drive
continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma)
for process excellence and defect reduction.
Establish and monitor
key performance indicators (KPIs)
for quality performance and customer satisfaction.
Develop corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems to address recurring issues.
Team Development
Build and mentor a skilled quality team capable of supporting high-precision aerospace and automotive standards.
Conduct regular training sessions for quality awareness, inspection techniques, and process control.
Customer & Supplier Interface
Liaise with
customers for quality-related issues, documentation, and approvals
.
Evaluate and develop suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet required quality standards.
Handle
customer complaints, NCRs, and root cause analysis (RCA)
professionally and promptly.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure proper documentation of
FAI, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and calibration
processes.
Maintain and review quality records for audits and certifications.
Enforce compliance with
safety and environmental standards
in quality processes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
in
Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering.
Minimum 8+ years
of experience in
Quality Assurance / Quality Control
in
Aerospace or Automobile Manufacturing
.
In-depth knowledge of
AS9100 / ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
,
GD&T
,
CMM
, and
precision machining quality
.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure, lead teams, and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Proficient in using
quality tools
such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis techniques.
Mandatory Requirements:
Candidates must be from
Aerospace or Automobile Manufacturing
background.
Experience in
CNC, VMC, or precision component inspection
is highly desirable.
Candidates from
irrelevant industries (e.g., FMCG, Pharma, Construction, etc.) will not be considered.
