Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) tailored to data center projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and AdaniConneX's operational benchmarks.
  • Strategize, plan, and oversee testing and commissioning activities for data center facilities, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Lead the documentation process for quality assurance, testing, and commissioning, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices such as Lean Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global technology partners and internal stakeholders to integrate advanced technologies and methodologies into quality and commissioning processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of testing and commissioning activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of data center facilities through rigorous quality checks and commissioning protocols.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and innovations to ensure AdaniConneX remains at the forefront of data center quality and commissioning practices.
  • Report on quality and commissioning metrics to the CEO, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven expertise in Quality Management Systems, testing, and commissioning within the data center or infrastructure industries.
  • 17 to 20 years of relevant work experience, including exposure to global technology giants and large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing best practices like Lean Management, TQM, and Six Sigma in complex operational environments.
Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related disciplines) is required.
  • Highly desirable: Certifications in Quality Management, Six Sigma, or related fields
Work Experience Requirements
  • 17 to 20 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and commissioning within the data center or infrastructure industries.
  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale, high-stakes projects with global technology partners.
Digital & Operational Tools
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools such as SAP QMS, Primavera, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with data center-specific commissioning tools and platforms.
  • Experience with digital transformation tools and analytics platforms to enhance quality and operational outcomes.
Leadership Capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including collaboration with global technology partners and internal leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large budgets and delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement

Safety & Compliance Teams Align on safety protocols and ensure adherence to operational standards.
