For our above institutions we require the following personnel who would initially work along with the present incumbents and at a later date take over the responsibility from them.
Responsible for Procurement and Planning for all Materials on Day to Day / Weekly / Monthly Basis. Market Price Review and constantly keep eye on Market rates and Vendors Price. Material follow up with vendor to get material within time.
Should handle all Purchase related process and documents and ensure good vendor selection, Price, and timely order Completion.
Ensure smooth delivery of purchased items at right time at the right place and at the right cost.
Vendor Development and build necessary vendor base. Should be a good negotiator to get right Quality and right price.
Logistics planning and proper storage and distribution of items. Ensure optimum inventory for timely availability of items and at the same time exercising Cost Control.
Stores Accounting, Receipts / Issues / Balance. Managing and Follow up for AMC and Repair Works.
Budget preparation and follow up with Control on the Expenses. Work and Co-ordinate in Cross- functional teams.
Candidate should have be post Graduate / M.B.A qualification with at least 10 Years of relevant experience.
