About Company:
Our client is an Indian Company, Hyderabad-based real estate company that specializes in designing and building eco-habitats-sustainable living communities that integrate nature, wellness, and modern comforts. The residents in company eco-habitats live in harmony with nature. They develop zero-waste communities that focus on collective farming and off-grid energy resources.
An Ideal Candidate:
An Ideal candidate should have an B.E./B.Tech in Civil with 20+ years with end-to-end leadership on at least 3 completed projects. and Strong grip on project planning tools, BOQs, vendor billing, sequencing, snag rectification, Ability to set up and scale systems across multiple projects.
Key Competencies:

• Lead all aspects of project delivery-from site mobilisation, planning, execution, quality control to handover
• Ensure first-time-right execution across civil, MEP, landscape, infra, and finish works
• Handle simultaneous delivery across 8-10 projects while scaling capacity for more
• Build, mentor, and manage a project delivery team across engineering, planning, and site coordination
• Set up internal and vendor teams aligned to Organo's delivery and sustainability expectations
• Drive people development and accountability systems to scale with the business
• Own project-level P&L, cost control, and resource optimization without compromising on quality
• Set up construction management systems-scheduling, billing, documentation, snag tracking
• Standardize checklists, quality benchmarks, and SOPs across all sites
