We Are Hiring: Head - Procurement & Sales

Company: Real Ispat & Power Ltd. (GK TMT - Real Group)

Location: Corporate Office, Raipur (C.G)

Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA

Preference: Local candidates from Raipur (C.G)

Are you an expert in Procurement & Sales within the Steel / Ferro industry? Do you have strong knowledge of sourcing & selling raw materials used in steel manufacturing?We are looking for a dynamic leader who can manage end-to-end procurement and sales operations for key raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sales of Ferro & Manganese Ore

Purchasing knowledge of Coal, Dolomite & Ferro Alloys

Selling of Silico Manganese (Finished Goods)

Develop vendor network, rate negotiation, logistics & cost control

Build strong industry relationships with suppliers & buyers

Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support production

Market analysis to optimise pricing, demand & supply planning

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Ferro Alloys / Steel / Mining industry

Strong negotiation, vendor management & commercial skills

Proven track record in procurement & sales of minerals/materials

Excellent market knowledge & strong industry connections

Leadership & team-management abilities
