Role Overview: Serves as the chief storyteller and guardian of organisation's reputation across all audiences - students, corporates, partners, media, and government. This role unifies Public Relations, Social Media, Creative, and Content into one coherent narrative that amplifies brand equity, accelerates growth, and builds institutional trust. The Head leads a multidisciplinary team covering earned, owned, and created media, ensuring every piece of communication - from a press release to a carousel - aligns with the organisation's positioning as India's most innovative, work-integrated university. You'll define the voice, visual identity, and media strategy that power both awareness and acquisition, while building systems for speed, consistency, and creative excellence.
