Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pastry team
Design seasonal menus and new dessert concepts
Develop and standardize recipes with strong presentation
Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality control
Requirements
7-8 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
Prior experience with premium bakeries such as
L'Opera Bread, Mette Artful Baker, Lite Bite, Kwality, Defence Bakery
(preferred)
Strong expertise in cakes, pastries, and plated desserts
Proven leadership and team management skills
Candidates from
Uttarakhand preferred
