Clinical Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat complex dental and facial irregularities, developing and executing comprehensive treatment plans using braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances. Actively participate in clinical cases while ensuring high-quality care and optimal patient treatment outcomes. Monitor the progress of treatments, making necessary adjustments to achieve patient satisfaction and desired results. Stay updated with advancements in orthodontics, integrating innovative techniques and best practices into patient care. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, oral hygiene, and the importance of compliance throughout the treatment process. Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including treatment plans and progress updates.

Management Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of orthodontic professionals, including associate orthodontists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Strategize and monitor clinical and operational processes, identifying and addressing process gaps to enhance efficiency and overall workflow. Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate clinical outcomes, operational success, and practice growth. Oversee daily operational workflows, including scheduling and patient flow, to maximize efficiency and optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with management teams to ensure smooth practice operations and exceptional patient experiences. Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and infection control procedures. Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to grow the practice and improve profitability. Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring and training junior orthodontists and support staff. Lead community outreach programs to promote orthodontic health and raise awareness about the practice.

Qualifications:

Master of Dental Surgery(MDS) Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program. Valid state dental license and board certification in orthodontics. Minimum of 10 years of experience in orthodontics, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes and management responsibilities. Expertise in advanced orthodontic techniques and technologies, including clear aligners and digital imaging. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
