A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be working as an expert Order Manager - New Unit to ensure a flawless product/ project execution at Naroda facility for our Reciprocating and Turbo Compressors

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Factory Load Planning
• Prepare factory load charts for engineering and production activities applying sales forecast data in support of Global Load Planning for Process & High Speed Recips
• Make v/s buy decision basis capacity and required dates.
• Define Safety stocks and periodic interview of stocking policies.
• Internal review and coordination with all functions for project scheduling and status
• Input to Project team for landmark payments
• Inventory analysis and suggestion for alternate usage for unallocated Inventory
• Internal Project Management
• Conduct Internal reviews with Engineering, SCM, Project, Shop, Warehouse, QA
• Conduct internal project reviews
• Handling of Intercompany and Intra company business
• Pre-order scheduling:
• Establish target costs for the main components and align them with SCM/Operations
• Develop target costs during the bidding stage and reflect lessons learned from execution.
• Active member of site management team
• Mentor and strengthen team members.
• Define critical metric for the function and monitoring.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, ideally in the Order Management / Planning area of the Rotating Equipment Industry; product knowledge of Reciprocating Compressors and Centrifugal Compressor is a plus
• Strong affinity for scheduling process supported by experience with respective scheduling tools
• Strong drive with motivation skills to accomplish tasks with high quality and on time with attention to details.
• Pro-active and hands-on with strong will to provide best in class project support and willingness to improve the business every day.
• Ability to mange team of versatile people
