Production Planning & Operations Purchase Procurement SCM & Warehouse Research & Development Costing & Budgeting Handling Collections & Billing Project Management IT & Administration, etc

Minimum Job Profile: -

To manage production cost, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand Cost Reduction Handling Collections department Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution Acting one line of contact between Factory, HO & Branch Staff Handling Imports Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems Oversee materials and inventory Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to management Oversee all Admin Management of Factory & HO Ability to communicate in English, Hindi & Marathi

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
