Experience: - 10 to 15 years (Preferred Construction Industry experience)
Qualification: - Any Graduate/PG
Key Responsibilities:-
Leadership Role: Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role
Knowledge of Cross Functional Teams: Familiarity with all business functions including Sales, HR, Store and Logistics, Contract fulfilment.
Good communication : with Stakeholders, Verbal and written
Problem-solving aptitude
Graduate or post Graduate
Mentorship qualities : Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity
Self-Motivated: Take charge, evaluate available resources, then propose and implement appropriate solutions.
WORK UNDER PRESSURE, Candidate who can take working pressure, especially when sites encounter issues. Good operations managers are a stabilizing force during these times, helping to keep projects (and, often, even entire companies) afloat.
What is Expected :
Reporting throughout till the site's completion, stakeholders may approach the operations Head for progress updates. Good operations managers can figure out what data should be presented, assemble that data in a concise format, and report confidently to the stakeholders in question
Managing a team of Supervisors/Field Co coordinators: Allocate the sites to supervisors/ Field Coordinators and timely monitor the site's progress and report to the management, Work deadline and product use.
Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites
facilitating site planning meetings
tracking company resource usage
identifying project risks and proposing solutions
dispatching subcontractors and equipment
measuring and managing client satisfaction
facilitating weekly operations meetings
coordinating equipment maintenance
Coordination with Labor's:- Regarding their salary, Advance pay salary, leave, and food Expenses coordinating with HR.
Coordination with clients regarding site readiness- issues, Site Issues and resolution, coordination regarding the work status of a site or any other site challenges.
Responsible for Stock Inventory.
Take interviews for supervisors or any as directed
Conduct official meetings and training for staff as required.
