Office Manager
with 2-3 years of management experience in banking, wealth management, IT, or finance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance to support team productivity.
Coordinate with internal departments (finance, IT, HR, and operations) to streamline processes.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and office resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
Support senior management with reporting, scheduling, and project coordination.
Implement policies, procedures, and compliance standards relevant to financial and IT environments.
Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
Background in
banking, wealth management, IT, or finance
is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
