, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. The role involves managing policies, procedures, budgets, vendor relationships, and staff supervision while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the school network.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the
day-to-day operations
of all schools to ensure seamless functioning and adherence to organizational standards.
Serve as the
primary liaison
between management, principals, and administrative teams on all operational matters.
Develop, implement, and monitor
policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
to ensure consistency and compliance.
Manage and monitor
budgets, expenses, and financial allocations
for operations, maintenance, and administration.
Oversee and ensure adherence to
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
with vendors and service providers.
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage
vendor contracts, procurement, and payments
in coordination with the finance team.
Supervise and mentor support staff
, ensuring clear role allocation, performance management, and capacity building.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise
school events, annual functions, and Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
.
Drive a
strategic and innovative approach
to improve operational efficiency, safety, and service quality.
Conduct regular
audits, inspections, and reviews
to ensure infrastructure, facilities, and services meet required standards.
Collaborate with HR and Principals for
staff deployment, discipline, and policy implementation
.
Prepare and present
operational reports
and performance dashboards to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
10-15 years of experience in
school operations, administration, or facility management
, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of
education sector operations, budgeting, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to
strategize, plan, and execute
multiple projects simultaneously.
