Planning, executing, and monitoring daily production schedules and manufacturing operations for EV assembly and testing lines. This includes managing resources and facilities to meet output targets.
Strong expertise of setting up a new factory, manufacturing line facility, and standard operating procedures.
Quality Control:
Ensuring products meet strict quality parameters and industry standards to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize defects.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
Overseeing the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics, to ensure the availability of raw materials and parts while optimizing material flow and minimizing costs.
Process Improvement:
Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reduce waste.
Budget & Financial Management:
Managing operational budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations and meet financial goals.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
Team Leadership & Development:
Leading, mentoring, and developing cross-functional teams, including process engineers, Supervisors and technical staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Strategic Collaboration:
Coordinating with other departments, such as R&D, engineering, and sales, to align operational strategies with broader business objectives and facilitate new model launches.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing operational data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making.
KEY SKILLS
Experience with EV or Automotive industries.
Proven experience in setting new factory, manufacturing line facility, and setting standard operating procedures.* Knowledge on both Electrical (Traction Battery,BMS, Power train, VCU, Wiring Harness) and mechanical(Chassis and Structural Design, Transmission, Braking System, Suspension and Axles) associated components and their development.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
BE / B.TECH - Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of experience in automotive industries, including at least 5+years in the EV industry.
