Operations Head - Role Description
The Operations Head will lead and manage the entire operations and administrative functions of the organization. This role demands strong business acumen with the capability to design effective business models and ensure the smooth execution of processes across all verticals.
The ideal candidate must be exceptionally proficient in Excel and data analysis. Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive MIS reports, tracking and monitoring the performance data of the overall sales teams, and ensuring accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.
They will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and organizational guidelines. The Operations Head will also be responsible for timely and accurate payouts to partners and stakeholders.
This position reports directly to the COO.
