Head of Contracts

to lead our contractual and commercial operations.

Role Summary:

The

Head of Contracts

will be the strategic lead for all pre- and post-award contract activities. You will oversee the procurement of construction services, manage a diverse pool of contractors, and ensure all agreements mitigate risk while maximizing commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Lifecycle Management:

Lead the drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of high-value contracts for civil, MEP, and finishing works.

Tendering & Procurement:

Oversee the preparation of tender documents and RFPs. Evaluate commercial and technical proposals to ensure alignment with project budgets.

Vendor Governance:

Build and maintain an extensive database of credible vendors and contractors, ensuring timely onboarding and performance tracking.

Cost & Risk Management:

Implement rigorous cost control measures, manage variations/change orders, and handle claims and dispute resolutions efficiently.

Compliance:

Ensure all contracts strictly adhere to

RERA

guidelines, local building codes, and statutory requirements.

Leadership:

Coordinate with internal Project, Finance, and Legal departments to align contract execution with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or Construction Management (advanced degree or certification in Contract Management preferred).

Experience:

15-20+ years of experience in real estate or EPC, with a proven track record in large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Skills:

Expertise in

FIDIC

or standard contract formats, rate analysis, and commercial risk assessment.

Tools:

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
