Job Summary





We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our

Head of Workforce and Training

. This senior leadership role is critical to building and executing a

global strategy

to train, deploy, and monetize our workforce. The ideal candidate is a

strategic thinker

with hands-on experience in technology-driven training, international business development, and public-private partnerships. This role is a

key driver of our global revenue model

and requires a strong

entrepreneurial spirit

.


Key Responsibilities




Global Revenue Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive, scalable global revenue model for training and workforce solutions, including new market entry, strategic partnerships, and managing a global P&L.

Model Training & Deployment:

Lead the strategy for training and deploying AI/ML models. Oversee the development of training materials, platforms, and methodologies to ensure efficient, high-quality performance.

International Manpower Placement:

Build and scale the international manpower placement business by developing a client network, navigating global labor laws, and ensuring compliant and ethical placements.

Government & Public Sector Projects:

Identify and secure government skill development projects in target countries (India, UAE, and beyond). Manage proposals, execution, compliance, and delivery.

Working Professional Education:

Design and manage high-value education programs for professionals, including curriculum development, corporate partnerships, and revenue generation.

Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a diverse, high-performing team of trainers, data scientists, recruiters, and business development managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Education:




Bachelor's degree (required) Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred)

Experience:




10+ years in senior leadership within HR Tech, EdTech, Global Staffing, or AI/ML sectors Proven track record of building and scaling global revenue models Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects (governments, corporations, international bodies) Strong understanding of AI/ML model training and deployment

Core Competencies:




Exceptional leadership and communication skills Strong knowledge of global labor market trends (especially India and UAE) Expertise in business development, sales, and client management Strategic thinker with tactical execution capability
