Requirements:

5-7 years

of proven experience in

video production

,

editing

, and

creative direction

.

Strong proficiency

in

tools

like

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro

, or similar. Solid understanding of

lighting, sound, camera handling

motion graphics

.

Exceptional creative thinking

. Experience in

leading

managing

creative team

Roles &

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize

,

plan

, and

execute high-quality video content

for brand campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. Lead, mentor, and inspire a creative team of videographers, editors, and motion designers.

Manage end-to-end video production

-- from idea development to final delivery.

Shoot

and

edit videos

ensuring a strong visual narrative and premium production quality.

Add motion graphics

and

visual effects

to enhance viewer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand strategy. Maintain a consistent visual style and storytelling tone across all projects. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and production budgets effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
